Navigate: The MCI Journey
If you have recently been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), you may be wondering what to do next. A new diagnosis can feel overwhelming. Navigate: The MCI Journey was designed by researchers and experts in the field to support brain health, emotional wellness, and daily independence — all from the comfort of home.
This free 8-module online program provides:
- Information on an MCI diagnosis
- Guidance on staying active and eating well for brain health
- Tips to stay safe and independent at home
- Memory support strategies
- Curated brain health and community resources
Through collaboration with Georgia Memory Net, this program expands access to early dementia support resources statewide, including rural and underserved communities.
What To Expect:
- Educational videos are released sequentially so you can complete them on your own schedule.
- 10-20 minute research-based videos led by experts in the field.
- You will answer a few short questions before and after each video.
- Modules will cover practical strategies for nutrition, movement, memory support, and functional independence strategies for individuals with MCI.
- After the program, you will still have access to:
- Online workouts with others facing MCI
- Our digital brain health resource library and YouTube channel
- The CEP Community Live educational webinar series
How To Join:
- Select your referring MAC location from the Register button below to go to your registration page. You will need to provide your name, email, and the pin key found on the flyer.
- After registering, you will get an automated welcome email from mailer@skyprep app.com (if you don’t see it check your spam).
- The email will include a link to login and a temporary password that can be changed later to a personal one.
- You can log in anytime at navigate.skyprepapp.com or use the link emailed to you each week when a new course is available.
